About Us
Welcome to The Movement Space! A fully equipped Pilates studio offering private sessions, mat classes, and Zumba classes! We also offer ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, twirling and cheer classes to ages 3 & up!
Pilates Schedule
Mat Class: M, T &TH 9am and M 5:30pm
Pilates Ball Class for Seniors: M, T & TH 10am
Zumba: T & TH 5:30pm
Low Impact Cardio: T & TH 6:30pm
